Due to extreme cold weather forecasts, 20 North Gallery’s exhibition schedule has been adjusted:
While we prepare for our next exhibit, Julia LaBay: Space & Construct(ion), 20 North Gallery will be open by appointment only until the opening reception on January 23, January 31, 2026, 6 – 8pm.
We resume our regular hours on Saturday, January 24, Wednesday, February 4, 2026.

A multimedia exhibition reframing the common tool in uncommon ways.
Julia LaBay depicts construction tools and household implements outside of their normal presentation, through multiple series and mediums, including printmaking, 3D sculptures and bronze casting. Her artworks share the stories that tools hold—working to shape our perspective of their potential use and aesthetics.
