Staying Safe & Upholding the Regulations:

  • Masks are required and social distancing must be observed at all times in Hensville Park.

Hensville Park is approximately 34,000 sq.ft., encompassing half a city block. (Its normal capacity is 3,000. If only 6-foot distancing was applied, nearly 950 people could enter – BUT, as per health department mandates, the capacity is limited to 300 people…) That provides an average of 111sq.ft. for social distancing!

  • Those who want to communicate a need for extra social distancing are asked to wear an orange heart visible on their nametag/sleeve/or back. This indicates that everyone should maintain a distance of at least 10 feet from the wearer.

Award Ceremony:

  • The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. in Hensville Park.
  • The following prizes will be awarded:
    • The Kingston Healthcare Purchase Award – $1,500 – sponsored by Kingston Healthcare Company
    • Founders Best of Show Award – $1,000 – sponsored by TFAS founders: Toledo Museum of Art, Athena Art Society and The Tile Club of Toledo
    • Carol Block First Award – $750 – sponsored by William Block, Jr.; Jeannie Dennler; Mary Fedderke and Susan Horvath
    • UT / BGSU Second Award – $500 – sponsored by Bowling Green State University and The University of Toledo
