Final week for “Dan Hernandez: New Work” – Exhibit ends March 26

Last week to view 3 series of all-new work by Ohio artist, Dan Hernandez

As our current solo exhibition, Dan Hernandez: New Work, approaches its final days in the gallery, the public has 1 week left to view the 3 engaging series of all-new paintings and screenprints by Dan Hernandez.

20 North Gallery is open Wednesday – Saturday, from Noon – 4 p.m.
The work may also be viewed by private appointment; contact 20 North Gallery to schedule.

Having identified similarities between the narrative styles of certain periods of art history and early 8- and 16-bit video game art, Hernandez takes elements of video game design then draws, paints and screenprints artworks that connect cultures hundreds of years apart. The exhibit debuts Hernandez’s Reset and Los Santos series in addition to featuring brand-new pieces of his Genesis series. All 3 series draw inspiration and source material from a variety of consoles and games of significance to the artist.
