20 North Gallery announces 2023 – 2024 exhibition schedule
As Toledo’s oldest independent art gallery, 20 North Gallery is proud to be celebrating 30 years in 2023. Our 30th anniversary season continues into 2024 with solo and small group exhibitions, marking the return of Toledo favorites as well as the debut of Toledo’s rising talent.
The exciting 2023-2024 season includes a solo exhibition in October of Midwest artist Joel Fremion’s award-winning collages, a much-anticipated solo exhibition in January to celebrate 100 years of Adam Grant, the return of our emerging artists exhibit in April, in addition to a small group show of retrospective and new artworks by Toledo artists in July of 2024.
The season begins October 20, 2023
…with Joel Fremion: Fabric of the Midwest, a solo exhibition of Fort Wayne, Indiana artist Joel Fremion’s own unique process of fabric collage. Utilizing the patterns and textures of his fiber medium, Fremion creates tactile landscapes, still life compositions and portraiture that must be viewed in person to be believed.
20 North Gallery and the artist will be welcoming friends and collectors at the free Public Reception for Joel Fremion: Fabric of the Midwest on Friday, October 20, from 6 – 9 p.m.
The exhibit will continue through December 23, 2023.
